Waste Management NZ is New Zealand’s leading provider of waste and environmental services. Waste Management engaged Sush Mobile to create a native Android and iOS app for their building and construction customers to manage their bins on site.
Built for existing customers of Waste Management NZ, the app streamlines the process of collecting, transporting and exchanging industrial bins across various building sites through-out New Zealand.
Our app enables site managers to arrange for their bins to be serviced at their convenience, on the go.
Users of the app, can view all the construction sites which Waste Management services for them and the various bins currently on any site at a single point in time. Customers can request bins to be delivered, exchanged, removed or shifted on site via the app, specifying which day and time suits them best.
In addition to bin organisation, site managers can use the Builder’s app to view the types on bins and how many bins are currently on each site under their portfolio, all within one screen.
Customers can also report any issues experienced to Waste Management’s customer service team and easily keep track of their bin request receipts, all within this intuitive application.
